NCL Epic was terrible, too many people, no space, food quality lost.

This was our 3rd and final cruise on NCL. We never dreamed our10 day cruse could be so disappointing. Our prior 2 cruises were wonderful and relaxing.

From our reservation and payment for promises and services that were not upheld such as it being a Nickelodeon Cruise and the promise for an upgrade or ship credit if we found a better price. Then, the overcrowded ship was without seats to eat dinner, one dinner that gave my husband food poisoning, no more of the excellent meals as we remembered from just 5 years ago, $50 just to play bingo, after trading their excursions package because they required us to pay in full then get reimbursed in ship credit, we traded it for the drink package then they ran out of our favorite drink "Baily's" for 3 days, their were so many people we could not get on or off the ship in a timely manner, a substantial amount of staff and other cruisers were rude, the elevators were always full as NCL no longer has any decks that go all the way around the ship and only one deck that has a walking/running area outside because they turned all their space into more rooms for more people. our balcony family room for 3 was smaller then our last room for 2. Although it looked a lot bigger online, we had to climb over each other to move around. On the bight side, Splash Academy was wonderful!

What a bummer.
