We are platinum members of the captain's circle and have sailed many times with Princess. Never have we been so disappointed. The service, ambiance, food were all under par.

Last year we sailed with the Regal Princess and enjoyed it so much we decided to book with Royal Princess which is the sister ship because we wanted a 10 day rather than a one week cruise. Big mistake.

The food in the dining room left much to be desired. The menu is much smaller than it used to be. We do not eat meat but there was always good fish choices and vegetarian options.
