Storm from the day we left, every excursion was canceled.

Ship refused to utilize one of 3 other available docks in curaçao and made us drift of the coast canceling all excursions and activities in curaçao because the dock slip they wanted was "double booked", which makes no sense because the cruise was booked 3 months ago. According to the company I booked my Curaçao excursion they called carnival's actions "a pity" as their port has space for 4 cruise ships at once and "do not understand."

I checked with the port and there was a slip available to dock at. When i called guest services and informed them of the information i uncovered, they told me they will "only dock at one particular slip." when i asked how could a cruise booked 3 months ago be double booked at the dock of the destination, they had no answer.
