First off, I have to say being that this ship launched in 2015, I expected a few bumps along the way but never in my wildest dreams did I think I would have such a horrible vacation. Check-in in Bayonne was ridiculous, all of the tablets was down due to internet service being down. I traveled with a group of 20 people for a family vacation and my expectations were completely different than what I experienced. By the time we got on board, all reservations were booked for activities and throughout the cruise there was no availability.

We were given a late dining time and by the time we tried to change it to the earlier dining because we all had kids in our group, that too was unavailable. Although there were approximately 1000 kids on board, the ship did not have any food for kids in the buffet, nor the dining rooms which was extremely disappointing. We were given the run around for everything that we asked about on the ship. At dinner, even though we dined at a different restaurant every night, our group seating was not arranged appropriately, we always had to wait at least 20 minutes for the staff to get two tables near each other to accommodate the number of people in our group. Not to mention that the food on the ship, particularly in the dining rooms were very salty. The Dreamworks breakfast that we paid $10 per person for was not what we expected, it felt very rushed and there was very little interaction between the characters and the kids, only to take photos.

All of the "new technology" experiences we were not able to enjoy because reservations were needed for almost everything including any shows. We will NOT be cruising on this ship again!!!!

Cabin Review

Ocean View Connected Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin BC

The cabin was cleaned daily by Margaret who I give a high review to. She met all of our needs and was available any time we needed her to clean or room.

Port Reviews

Bayonne (Cape Liberty)

Very cold for this time of year. Check-in process was horrible

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

They jip you for your money, don't drop you off where they are supposed to and we waited 2 hours before we could get transportation back to the ship and we had purchased round trip tkts.

Nassau

Take a cab to the local restaurant Fish Fry - excellent food and worth the 15 minute drive from the port. Shops are right when you exit, everything is within walking distance. Must see Atlantis!!
