She was elegantly dressed, as all the Princess ships are; however, she was the first of her fleet that had more comfortable places to sit and relax. While I was told that the staterooms were all a bit smaller than the other ships, we didn't notice where the footage was decreased.

This was the first cruise in a long time that the crew were extremely amiable, from the time we stepped onto the ship, to the final moments when our sea cards were scanned for the last time.

Having an array of options to view on our stateroom TV was a huge surprise to us, tempting us to confind ourselves each night in our room watching great movies! But with that said, we enjoyed the entertainment provided in the Princess Theatre. The usual venue of music and song, comedian, and illusionist. In the Piazza, music was varied and lovely...

Cabin Review

Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin MC

Very adequate mini-suite. The sofa seat cushions were extra wide, making it quite comfortable to sit for long periods of time as we enjoyed the variety of TV options each night.

Ample drawer and cabinet storage throughout the cabin. The dresser has a hairdryer in the top drawer, but lacked a lighted mirror which would extent; thereby, jumping to the bathroom for better lighting without the aid of magnified mirror was a redundant trek I made often. This is the only flaw of the otherwise perfect room.

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the pillows equally so. Linens were fresh smelling, unlike most other ships we have been on (pick a cruiseline).

Port Reviews

Princess Cays

Beautiful Princess Cays! More gorgeous than we remembered from our last visit!

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

Getting onto the ship, the embarkation process was okay. Something new to the boarding the ships, times are allotted to each cabin deck. Just a few days before the cruise, we received a notice telling us we were to board at 2 pm, cautioning us to adher to this time. It was less crowded at that time, but still we had to wait in lines longer than desired. However, we chose an early departure time when disembarking the ship, and that went as smooth as butter! No waiting in line longer than a few minutes, tops!
