This was my fifth cruise with Carnival. Sailed on Carnival Paradise out of Tampa for a 4 day cruise to Cozumel on Dec 17.. Embarkation and disembarkation was a 4 star experience...smooth. Chose a discount cabin in the back of the ship on the main level. The smells in the hallway was musty and sometimes had a fecal smell. The cabin was fine except the A/C never cooled the room down-it was bearable but not cool. I had anytime dining in the Elation dining room. On my past cruises these meals were good, but I had only 1 good meal in the dining room-prime rib. My husband agreed that on this cruise the food was not as good as usual. There wasn't as many activities as usual, no scavenger hunt, drawing games, etc. Bingo was fun.

In summary, I wish I'd spent a little more and went on a different ship.
