Sail Date: Dec 2015
Cabin: Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Sailed from Sydney, very disapointed with the lack of cleanliness awareness, previous cruise on Voyager was very well organised with frequent reminders to passengers and staff of the need to 'washy washy' use hand cleaner frequently and a very tight control of people entering the dining room. on Radiance I noted on a number of occasions people walking into the dining room without any attempt to wash, the staff paid no attention whatsoever to the fact. Many toilets were not serviced regularly with paper on the floor and often water also. Most of the dining room staff were exerlent with a few execptions of disinterest shown

amongs supervisery staff as well as workers, I got the distinct impression that there was a serious lack of overall management throughout the ship and a feeling of dissinterest among some senior staff. Shows were good, food was good, overall we enjoyed the trip but I would not recomend it to a friend in its current condition. A serious visit from the powers that be is recomended.
