Beware....not all rooms have a fridge so even though you are encouraged to bring canned drinks on board, there is no way to keep them cold. My son had an inside room on deck 5 but nowhere to store medicines that needed refrigeration. Despite me ( his mother) demanding a fridge for 3 days in a row nothing arrived and we gave up asking. That strategy worked for them! So service is so lacking it is non-exsistent!
My son had a robe supplied and tissues. We were not so lucky. Tissues turned up on day four.
Seating needs to be revised. Most lounges are low to the ground and uncomfortable. Bar stools in the Waterfront are downright dangerous, and uncomfortable.
Poor quality fixtures and furniture. Pack your own pillow as theirs are uncomfortable.
