Traveled with children

I have just returned from having the worst holiday and experiences cruising on Pacific Eden from 25 November 2015 to 4 December 2015. I travelled with my husband, 2 children and 8 other immediate family and friends (party of 12). We were so excited to go on this new cruise and saved our money all year. Pacific Eden was our pick of cruises due to the advertised facilities for the children. As soon as we told the children the ship had Laser Tag and Bungee Trampolining, we all agreed that Pacific Eden was the ship. This was to be the family holiday and get together that was well overdue.

Unfortunately as soon as we boarded the ship, the major disappointments began. We were advised that the P&O Edge Adventure Park was not up and running and neither were the Laser Tag or Bungee Trampolining. This was not my families’ first cruise having travelled Carnival in 2014. When we planned this cruise, we choose something where the children will have plenty to do and have fun doing it. This also gives the adults some quiet time.

The following is listed in no specific order but problems were constant.

The room was like a 2 star hotel room, Nothing fancy.
