The cruise was disappointing from the outset. The itinerary was changed times before departure. The final itinerary was vastly different to the original. The boarding time changed 2 days prior to departure. We needlessly paid for overnight accommodation and relief staff.

The boarding process was a mess? The check-in times were ignored. There was little information in the boarding area. The process was just series of long uncoordinated queues.

Once on board there was no welcome just some surly staff telling us to get in a lift and out of the way. No help, no smile, no welcoming drink. We found our cabin and our luggage along the way which was lucky as some people spent ages looking for theirs. No help from the crew. Read more
