The ship is way too small for the amount of passengers, a lot of activities were held in the centrum which became very cramped, hot, and not enough seats! The service was terrible or should I say lack of! The prices were very high in the shops onboard $16.00 USD for a 200g block of Cadbury Chocolate. At the guess service desk some of the staff didn't speak English very well and they were very hard to understand and one particular guy was very rude and had an attitude problem. Our cabin was small no where to put 4 suitcases, but very clean. Air conditioner was useless, No fridge in cabin but did have a coffee facilities.

Tender service was appalling to start with but did improve through out cruise. I bought the soft drink package online pre cruise it cost me $220USD for two. A lady told me she only paid $160USD for hers on the ship. So don't pre order it's cheaper to get it onboard. We had 14 people in our party and asked for two tables together at first dinner sitting when I booked the cruise 18 months ago, I also pre ordered two birthday cakes for the first night. When we went to dinner one table was upstairs the other was down stairs so we couldn't celebrate with cake. After a number of complaints they finally arranged the two tables together for the rest of cruise. The staff in Romeo and Juliet dining room were fantastic. The bar service was awful waiting ridiculous amount of time to be served, the waiters walking around weren't much better! 3 days in a row my daughter ordered a soft drink and we are still waiting for them to arrive!

I expected a lot from RCI for the price I paid but they didn't deliver. We have been on 5 cruises with different cruise lines and this cruise had the worst service ever! But apart from all of the above we still had a good holiday spending family time together.
