We were at the Neptune level, and the added expense was well worth it. Lovely concierges, good breakfast spread in the morning and snacks in late afternoon. Room was beautifully appointed. Too warm to take much of the balcony, unfortunately. We ate in several restaurants and probably liked Tamarind the best of all of them. We only attended a few entertainment events. Comedian was so-so, musical offerings were more enjoyable for us. Took full advantage of the spa (I was suffering with a bout of sciatica), and had acupuncture (great), hot stone massage (ditto) and just for good measure had a manicure. Admittedly ended up buying a lot of products I probably didn't need, but the staff was top notch all the same (and did not get a hard-sell treatment). Went on only one shore excursion (to Coba), and it was well-organized and the guides were good.
Well-appointed cabin, lots of room to hang clothing (plenty of real hangers). Lots of places to tuck things away so you didn't have to occupy surface space with your things.
