Poorly prepared, presented and generally unappetizing food. "Grab and Go" bar featured precooked, grey hamburger patties, shriveled hot dogs. The boiled eggs in the morning were in a hot skillet with no water, so were getting brown and tough under the shell.

Main dining room, one supervisor was extremely rude, demanding to see our Sea Pass, she thought we had moved to a table on our own, it was our assigned table. Two couples wanted a table for four which was unavailable, so the management decided to move us from our table for four, initially to a table for 10 which I refused. They then moved us to a table for two, so that our original table partners could sit with their friends at our assigned table.

RCL does not provide complimentary robes, laundry facilities on each deck, a fresh pizza bar, a fresh grill with hamburgers, hot dogs and chicken breasts, and freshly cooked French fries.
