Ship had many problems....flooding on room/floor area, no water, couldn't make reservation to specialty Brazilian restaurant as they stated it was filled for the whole cruise however we actually saw it almost empty . Both Dining room had long wait time, poor service, could hardly get a glass of water and they would forget to bring item ordered and had to be reminded. Other than the prime rib the food was mediocre. They charged $8 for room service each timed one used it. Not enough waiter/staff in the bar area or dining area. We had to go to the bar to place our drink orders and even that took a long time to receive and some didn't even know how to make drinks or ran out of ingredient. Regular Coffee in the buffet area was empty most of the time except for the Decaf. It seemed as if this cruise line is in financial trouble that is my opinion.
Port area is clean and tender was quick....the Straw marketplace interesting. Prices were reasonable.
The port in Cozumel was clean and stores plentiful. people were cordial...we have been there before and enjoy eating lunch at one of the restaurants there
quaint and interesting port with great snorkling...hae been there before. people are friendly
We did not take any tours of Houston but the disembarkation and embarkation was well done and most organized than any other cruise lines
