My boyfriend and I sailed in December 2015 on the nearly-built (and sailed) Escape. We had high hopes for the ship considering the last two years we voyaged on the Epic and Breakaway and loved each ... the Escape was no different; it had everything the other vessels had: great food, terrific service, waterslides and table tennis (my personal favorites), and plenty of activities and events that could be described as fun, relaxing, comical, and purposeful.

I know the staff works harder than the average 'on-land' employee. I saw the same wait crew multiple times of the day stretching from the buffet breakfast at 8am to a late dinner at Cagney's around 9pm. And they were still friendly and smiling!

Our excursions have always produced near perfect scores. We went kayaking, hiking, snorkeling, and paddleboarding. We're pretty active obviously and on vacation, still wish to shed a few calories.
