Cabin: Aft-Facing Penthouse with Large Balcony
For our first cruise, we looked for criteria to match our dates and style. That criteria was a short cruise to guard against not liking the experience, the ability to have luxury upgrades (room, dining), and dates that would match our schedule.
We found all three in this 3-day Bahamas From Miami cruise via Norwegian.
This ship, formerly the Pride of Aloha, sailed out of San Francisco. The ship was refurbished in 2004 and became the Sky.

Small tour bus that went to historical sites on the island. Very friendly driver, bus was clean, trip was enjoyable.

Quick embarkation for us as we were in an 'owner's suite'. We had a personal guide to take us on the ship.
