We have cruised before and had a great time with excellent service, we had high expectations for this P&O ship especially having seen the advertising.

We are both aged 30 and found this trip to be very disappointing with the exceptions of the island days which made the holiday- perfect days and pristine beaches.

The staff on board looked like they would rather be anywhere else but working on the ship, quite surly attitude and they seemed to lack basic organisation skills which frequently lead to mix ups. Read more
