Overall friendly helpful staff, excellent service and small, modern clean boat with comfortable atmosphere.
Good points: varied entertainment, hardworking animation team, trips mostly good value for money, cabin comfortable size, good destinations, plenty to do throughout day, lots choices in buffet and Capri Grill.
Suggestions: Need free 24 hour water /ice/ tea/ coffee could be located in Capri Grill.

Inside Premium
Big comfy bed, good sized room, plenty storage and room under bed. Good sized TV/not a lot in English.Coffee machine (pay for your pods) but can boil hot water for your own tea/coffee. Shower/toilet comfortable size and little toiletries. (probably good to have air freshner). this inside cabin was near stairs and lifts but not noisy. Handy for restaurants , buffet, entertainment all above on decks 8/9/10/11. Heard the boat creaking but quite relaxing..... like rain.

Crete (Heraklion)
Did not take trip. Just walked off from the Port into Heraklion. Have been here a few times. Could have got the local bus to Knossos but been there recently. At bus station chap said as we had limited time, no point in going anywhere. If never been to Crete before would have been useful to take a trip.
