We have enjoyed cruises on the larger Celebrity ships and decided to do the Panama Canal cruise on the Infinity. The ship had just came out of retrofit, and should not have all the little issue that we experienced. The first issue was a bottle of red wine that had broken during putting luggage onboard and soaked my wife's formal dress. Cabin attendant was unhelpful until we spoke to the Customer Service Manager. He was very nice and credited our account for the dress after the stain could not be removed.

Missing cabin attendant, aloof waiters in the dining room and plugged bathroom drain only added to the list.

There was a constant issue with gastro-intestional problems with many cruisers being quarantined in their room for 24 hrs.

Concierge Class 3

Cabin C3

Cabin did not appear to be cleaned each day, just beds made.

Clogged bathroom drain

2 bottles of water were delivered to our room when quarantined and immediately removed full as soon as the 24 hr quarantine expired.

Missing room attendant.
