We love cruising and like to try different class ships. We've been on the mega-ships (Oasis class, etc.) and the smaller such as The Jewel & Rhapsody.

We chose the Serenade because of the ports & time of year...and it was a great choice. We did an 11 & 10 day B2B...and the weather was amazing for all 21 days!

As D+ we had full access to the Concierge Lounge. Mario and Melody do an amazing job of taking care of everyone! I don't know how Melody remembers all the guests' preferences...but she does it so well. Mario was always there to help with reservations, etc. He called in a last minute reservation at Chops for us and got us an amazing table!
