We drove to the port in Galveston, and even though there was a motorcycle rally going on, we still got through with no delays or problems. Parked our car across the street and walked back over to ship. Embarkation went smooth, but we did arrive exactly at the busiest time (12 - 12:30).

The ship is great! We loved the Drain Pipe water slide! The movies at night on the big screen TV were fun. You can get a nice fuzzy blanket & some popcorn and kick back.

*We played just about every game they have: putt-putt golf, ping pong, foosball, pool (billiards), even dodgeball one afternoon at the basketball court! Entered all the contests, like cornhole (bean bags), ladder game, paper airplane contest, trivia, guess the song, etc... Came home with a couple trophies and medals! The staff was SO much FUN!! The cruise director, Dr. E, was hilarious, and entertainment staff: Melissa, Joe, & Brick were awesome!

Cabin 4G

Comfortable interior room - just what we expected. No noise heard from anywhere.

Port Reviews

Cozumel

Took a cab to Playa Palancar. Free beach - not a beach club. Got a table under a palapa, ordered some delicious food, and swam in beautiful blue water. No loud music or floating beach toys. Not crowded at all. Great day!

Belize City

Our cavetubing excursion got cancelled due to high water because of rain. Just did some shopping - don't miss Moho Chocolate Factory! People were very friendly. Tender ride is even a nice little adventure.

Roatan

Booked on our own through Upachaya Resort - kayak / snorkel tour. Best part of our whole cruise! Driver takes you to Resort (bed and breakfast) where you meet up with owner. Kayak through mangroves and out to reef. Slip off kayak into crystal clear blue water to snorkel the reef. Best array of coral I've seen anywhere! Lots of starfish, saw a flounder, orange bug-eyed fish, gar, schools of big blue fish, swam through tiny jellyfish (that don't sting!). Then kayak back to resort for a home cooked lunch. What a wonderful day!

Galveston

Motorcycle rally was going on. Very interesting people! Just boarded ship - easy embarkation process.
