Just returned from a 12 night cruise out of Manhattan. This was my third cruise with Norwegian. Here are some of my observations.

The negative first. I notice with each trip that the quality of services falls slightly. This trip it was very rare to have the desired number of towels in our bathroom. Either we would have no hand towels, or there would be no towel for the floor after a shower. We had one towel animal one evening out of twelve. This used to be an every night thing, and something we really looked forward to. But apparently no longer.

People seemed more rude on this trip than previous ones. Many times someone would bump into myself or my sister, and not even bother to say excuse me. Cutting in line at buffets and when disembarking was reasonably common. I heard several people explaining that the ship was out of New York City, and the passengers were as well. I can't say other than common courtesy was lacking.
