Well where do I start.!!
This was my families first cruise. Both late forties with two teenagers. We booked the sampler cruise as we expected it to be of the highest standard as this cruise company lure first timers like myself into a world of cruising. How wrong I was.
We arrive at the terminal and are forced to wait 3 hours on the hot sun to check in. No drinks offered. No anything. No acknowledgment by Royal Caribbean. We found out from the check in stuff they hadn't been trained in RC systems and that these systems were also crashing.
