We have cruised three times this year with RCI and our past 13 cruises have been with them as well. Never thought I write a bad review, but just have to warn others. I wish I seen the previous reviews before booking. First, a majority of the crew is rude. We have never seen a crew that was so miserable and just plan bothered. There were a few exceptions, but overall lacking that WOW. We never once saw the cruise director or anyone from the staff, not like for example Marc Walker and the crew of the EOS. The BOS can take a few notes from that group on service. EOS runs circles around BOS. The food was average and nothing that blew us away. Our cabin smelled like a men's urinal. They tried to clean it up, but nothing could mask the smell. We are convinced it was due to some type of previous flooding?? I ordered a bag through the CAS and they delivered the wrong bag. After having to call guest services, the correct bag appeared. We did not have complimentary robes for on board use and our room steward was running ragged when we did see him. We took the trash out at times because we were not sure when he get back to our cabin. Overall a huge disappointment. We know RCI brand and hope this trip was just a one hit wonder and future cruises will back to what we know own and love about RCI. I would not recommend this sailing at this time, many senior citizens as well and not kid friendly.
