We were kept in port the first night for propeller repair and had to return earlier to complete repairs on our departure date. Missed going through the Skyway Bridge at Sunset/Sunrise, which is spectacular.

Due to propeller repair the entire port itinerary was changed along with excursion times. Some cruisers were complaining that they were unable to get the excursion that they had originally booked and those that booked their private excursion had to scramble.

The Glass Bottom Boat & Snorkel in Costa Maya was extremely poor. We were told almost immediately that there was Hurricane Dean in August 2007 (170-200mph) that had destroyed most of the reef. The view from the Glass Bottom Boat was poor. The life vest that I was given had the top buckle broke (which was later replace with another one with the buckle missing), and by the time I extracted it from around my neck and re-adjusted my snorkel (personal snorkel) from the life vest --they were 75% done with the snorkeling.
