We have been on 9 different cruises before and chose this one based on the date of my wife's 60-th Birthday. it is a new ship so we expected maybe too much ! It really is beautiful but few comments/observations are due. The design of the ship is a bit confusing and not only us but many other passengers were finding that they were lost and could not find their way around ! You have to go through 2 dining rooms (buffet) to go from the front to the back of the ship ?! Also the locations and the availability of washrooms is terrible !!! We often just went to our cabin as it was easier to do ! Many washrooms were clogged and with signs "Out Of Order" ?! Why on a brand new ship was there a plumbing problem and why wasn't the Maintenace Crew dispatched immediately to rectify the problems. I personally reported one bathroom clogged and it was not repaired for 3 days ! Also you can not go to the front of the ship ? Promenade Deck was always closed up front for Crew Only and on the top deck there is a "Sanctuary" with paid access only. Speaking of the Sancutary area I found it appaling to be told to get up and leave one of the lounges in the cabana in the open public area as it was RESERVED and only accessible by PAID reservations ?! I understand in the Sanctuary itself but to have empty cabanas sitting there all day with signs RESERVED in the open public area is unacceptable and creates a sense of "pay or beat it" ! Aren't we the same passengers on the same ship ?! it clearly shows that the Cruiseline focuses on maximizing their revenue but it is very discouraging for future decision to travel with the same cruiseline. Small detail - the lights above the elevators can not be seen from where you stand so you miss them all the time - simple above the door lights would solve the problem. Now the GOOD !! the food and the buffet design are fantastic !!! best we've ever seen on the ship and the best food ! Always great choices and no line ups anywhere - great design and great cooks !

Overall a great experience, beautiful ship and great food served by very friendly and attentive crew !
