Embarkation was reasonably quick as we had priority boarding, however our boarding was delayed by nearly 4 hours as the ship had broken down with engine issues from the previous cruise. Our ship departure was delayed overall by nearly 19 hrs, with our arrival scheduled to be delayed into Melbourne one day later.

The ship was Modern, Bright, and Generally Comfortable, except for the seating in the Pantry. Communication on the ship was very poor most of the time, and the safety drill was a joke.

Our cabin was an upgrade from an Inside to a Balcony cabin, and the extra room and fresh air was a blessing. The cabin was very clean, and well serviced throughout our trip.

Cabin Review

Cabin Balcony

Cabin was Roomy, Clean, and very well maintained. The TV was very small though, and appeared to be on the way out. Climate control worked very well.

For any passengers needing to get to White Bay terminal on a budget, please be aware that Captain Cook cruises now provide a water shuttle from Circular Quay for only $9 per Adult passenger.
