Have been on 3 P&O cruises and 2 Celebrity X cruises. Simple summary was that we had a great relaxing holiday but expected more from the new flagship Britannia. Bigger ship with no improved experience for passengers, only more profit for the company I.e. No better cabin space, no increased service in bars and restaurant - automated wine/beer dispensers in buffet area that never seemed to work? Standard restaurant food was very good and with excellent service. Speciality restaurant Ok but on a par with Celeb X including value for money.

Ship tour was advertised in paper so I went to reception to book for my wife and told it was £75 p.p!!! Flights are excellent and organisation good for transfers etc. I will cruise again with P&O for the right prices but now Britannia would not be a high priority, Azura is fine. Having said that next 2 cruises are booked with Celeb X.

Also steward was excellent but I felt sorry for how busy he was and worst thing about crushing generally is that we pay tips to supplement very poor pay and long hours and these companies charge premium prices.

Cabin Review

Cabin Balcony

Very small on bigger ship in fleet, balcony (ledge) is just usable. Bathroom is small. Bed extremely comfortable.
