This cruise has changed substantially and it is a big disappointment for me and my wife. This is my 6th cruise, and I have tried 5 different cruise lines, but the Epic is likely the worse I have. Consider the following:

1) Ship design. The ship is way over-crowded, even in off school year with few kids. It seems Norwegian wants to put more staterooms in the ship while cutting the public spaces. The only quiet space seems to be my own stateroom. Even the library is full of people with no empty seats.

2) LInes, lines and more lines. There are queues and lines everywhere. You line up for dinner, night shows, even the paid Cirque, premium line and standard line, everywhere is lines. Norwegian advertises itself as free style. Frankly, it is not working in this ship. Why is free style requires guests to book for night shows? Isn't that a contradiction?
