Everything seemed to take longer to accomplish than other cruises. Lines moved very slowly. Cruise director needs more experience, and needs to become more involved with his passengers. Cabin was small but acceptable and the entertainment was enjoyable. Reported speaker in cabin did not work so had to open door to hear what was being announced each time,, and it was never fixed. Food in Blue Lagoon was good but food in buffet was the worst we have had in any buffet in both selection and taste.

It was obvious that many of the crew really did not fully understand English, even in the dining rooms. Brought something other than I ordered more than once. Service was extremely slow as it seemed to take forever for each course and even to get a simple cup of coffee. WE had to forgo desert one night after ordering it to enable us to be on time for the show. Overall it was no better than an average cruise and has a lot of improvements to make before it can be considered excellent.
