Let me start by saying this was my 20th cruise so I know what to expect and realize there's 4,000 other folks on the ship.

Was onboard in less than 20 mins. way to go folks on the desk! Room was great, with an attendant that was top notch. Ship was clean, and most of our needs were taken care of instantly. Spent some time in the Viking lounge on deck 14. The servers there and the worst I've ever come across. No smiles or thank you from any of the staff. After the 3rd afternoon of poor service we move to the Plaza bar outside of the Windjammer and was treated like family. Yaya was always there with a smile and greeting.

RC's My Time Dining is a joke! Before boarding we were on the phone 4 times before we finally got 7 nights locked in at 7:30. 1st night went off without a hitch. Night 2 we arrived at 7:20 and was told it would be 7:45 to 8:00 pm before we could be seated for the rest of the cruise. Hello, we paid out tips in advance to lock down 7:30. After going to guest services all they could do was refund our tips to our credit card. They did offer us a seating at either 5:30 or 8:00. So, no more dining room, spent the rest of the cruise eating at the Windjammer. Food there was good and service was pleasant.

St. Thomas

Ask for 3 stops we did not get. Expected a private tour for 10 people, got There and found out we were with 10 more people. Will not use him again!
