This was our fourth cruise - first with Royal Caribbean. Myself, my wife and our two teenage daughters. After spending over $8K, we came back very unsatisfied. We requested for vegetarian food in dining room - quality was completely unacceptable till we escalated the issue to Guest Services and maitre d' that resulted in last two days of better food. On 4th day of the cruise food provided to us was of garbage quality and resulted in missing our show.

Communication was an issue - we were moved to a different excursion time in St Thomas without providing any reason thus completely ruining the rest of our day.

Main reason for timing of our cruise was to celebrate my wife's and daughter's milestone birthdays. We ordered Birthday decoration for the room and that were not provided neither the money was refunded.

Port Reviews

Nassau

We booked a tour with Cousin Marvin based on his reviews by previous cruisers. Not only he met the expectations, but far exceeded.

St. Thomas

Caribbean 'FastCat' 2-Island Snorkeling Safari and Beach Getaway: We booked through Cruise. Other than mess up and miss communication by the Ship staff, the excursion operators were wonderful. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

St. Maarten

All of us absolutely enjoyed it.
