There was a point, when the Spirit was docked along the new Escape. The size difference was remarkable. But unless you planned to spend all day on the tubes, slides and obstacle course, the smaller Spirit was the ticket.
The cabin had a large bathroom and was serviced several times a day. We had an ocean view and beds were comfortable and generally quiet.
We had breakfast at the buffet (ask for real eggs), lunch at Windows and diner at Garden. The food and service were all fine.
Of course you always want more room, but the bathroom was larger than average.
Was an issue with our first room and noise that required a stateroom change.. For that reason, the overall is average. If we were assigned our 2nd room from the start, an excellent.
My son LOVED it. The ride was nice and across the street is a Botanical Garden which we visited ($5) with rum punch. Great views.
The trip along Main Street was costly as we purchased jewelry. Lots going on
Other than Atlantis and the Straw Market, Nassau is not a great place to visit. We walked to the Rum Factory where they pushed to sales and even wanted to charge for samples. Walking there, it was run down and even scary at times. The Straw Market was fun, talking to the locals and making a deal on some trinket.
