Embarcation & disembarcation were good. Ship looks tired. A few staff were excellent, however some were downright rude. Entertainment was not very good, but as advertised, so no real room for complaint!
Menus are not up to cruise standard, but apparently "meet the demographic" (presumably what over 55s want!). The food was poorly cooked & presented in the restaurant and worse in Marco Pierre Whites one (which is used as a through route!). Buffet not great either.
Activities are as advertised, but could be arranged better. Mornings are ok - afternoons poor. (Beware - many carry an extra charge which would be free on other lines. E.G. Gym classes.) Tour of ship is very expensive - avoid.
