Trying to think of something positive, but the only thing that comes to mind is the ocean is blue and beautiful. So, I will just list a few negatives that impacted us the most.

Garden Cafe Buffet: Seating arrangement is messed up. Usually the buffet area is on both sides of ship, not here. Half the seating of most ships, so never a place to sit. Cold food, even after complaining. Food not good. Prime rib so bloody didn't dare eat. Ate a lot of pizza. Several times found serving spoon handle in with food. Floor always sticky.

Customer service: The crew doesn't work as a team. Different answers to same question. Many crew had an I don't care attitude. Had to go to guest service many times on topics that should have been explained at check-in. Read more
