Sail Date: Dec 2015

We were expecting quite a lot from the Pacific Eden if the advertising was to be believed. Yes, the decor is quite nice in some areas... But this ship and its public areas are small compared to other ships such as the Jewell and the Pearl... Which makes everything cramped and crowded.... The staff were very unhappy, nothing like the service we have experienced on other P and O Ships... There are not enough waiters in the Waterfront Restaurant, they are unfriendly and stressed... So the wait to get your meal or even a drink was very long....

Food was lukewarm. The Pantry is a disaster!!... The other passengers were frustrated with this long process and so were the staff trying to serve them... Hopeless, we wont go on P and O again until they get rid of it and go back to the buffet...

All in all a small cramped ship, trying to cater for too many people and a ridiculous Pantry style eatery system with very unhappy staff... We are glad it was only 3 nights.
