Cabin: Inside

Just returned from a 7 day Western Caribbean on the Dawn and have one of the worst colds I have ever had. There were many on the ship who became ill the last few days of the cruise because of the poor air quality in the cabins and throughout the ship.

My cabin was not vacuumed, dirty towels were folded and put back on the towel racks and the drinking glasses in my bathroom were never replaced. In fact the paper covers on the glasses were picked up from the floor and put back on the glasses! I could tell because one of the of the covers had a mark on it and it was there every day. I said something to the steward and he assured me it was a new cover every day.

The worst thing was on the last day of the trip when I went to breakfast and put the Do Not Disturb sign on and came back to find my steward and two others looking through my purse which I left on the table. I told them to get out and they apologized, smiled and started moving furniture in my room. I started to yell at them to get out and they finally left.
