I see by the prior reviews the absence of what this line offers/sells, service. I understand that to some these are pictured as relaxing, exciting or possibly plentiful adventures in almost every way.. But alas, our experience was dysfunctional, uninformative and self service from start to finish. My opinion as that of my Wife's are inconsequential and moot, what I will state is fact. I might go off track and lambaste/rant as some things need color to impact a point, and I would like to apologize for those comments and statements now. Booked state room near elevators then bumped to mid ship. Wife is handicapped and that extra footage we had to travel is absurd. Mechanical problems kept us in port to the point of reassigning excursion arrival and length times. Forced to cancel family n friends in Cozumel as we had been reassigned four days earlier with only the notice after the embarking was completed Sunday evening. Toilet floods day one. Called Guest services,(one of several). Fixed, or so we thought. Day two, flooded bathroom. Called again. Sent out another plumber that replaced a check valve. This held fortunately.

Food service/buffet, helpful and friendly like custodial. Hosts were below average/average at best. Wait staff slow in inclusive Restaurants If they were close to capacity. If busy, good luck if you see your appetizer after the water. Guaranteed tips will remove the lackluster and incentive every time. Freestyle should read free for all in my opinion,(Sorry about that, got off track) as service in any of the courtyards/venues was virtually non existent. Good Mornings we uttered by our cleaning staff religiously, my hats off to you gentlemen. The rest of the staff should watch your training video, they are in dire need of your assistance/etiquette.

Food average, entertainment, below average, unless you consider folding napkins, rerun movies, ice sculpting demos, along with $39.00 Bingo cards the norm, then yes, it's a blast. No seating anywhere on the Port side Deck 7. Had to go in, again, to C.S. to inquire about seats. I addressed this issue with at least three representatives from Customer Service and received three different answers and 1 chair. You will receive several answers to any and all questions you ask so beware and get your running shoes on. Got the Spa Package, showed up Tues, construction, yellow tape and everything. Tried again on Thurs, guess what? Yes indeed. Nothing more tranquil and serene as the sights and sounds of laborers as one is basking in the warmth of the wasted time and monies.
