From the time we arrived at the terminal everything ran smoothly. Yes there were lines but they were moving on quite well ( although you could board at 11.30 am but we chose to get on at 2.30). We were given a glass of champagne on arrival, our room was clean and comfortable. We were in Aqua class on level 11 which was good. Also being situated in the middle of the ship with a balcony - small but did the job.

Plenty of places to eat and have a drink, whether it was a quiet area or where it was all happening, you wont be short of finding someone to have a chat to. All food was tasty, fresh and the variety was huge. You woud have to be a real winger not like anyhing on display. The specialty restaurants are a must, even if you have a couple of meals at one of them. Service was exceptional!

This Ship is huge with entertainment all day long, the staff are all friendly and I think for a ship this size it is very well done. Each member of staff had a job to do and they did it well.

Cabin Review

AquaClass 1

Cabin A1

neat and tidy. Large queen bed, decent sized bathroom.Small balcony but ok. Has a lounge and a tv with free movies. Champagne waiting for us in room. Free access to Blue restaurant (specialty restaurant) and spa amenities. Some free wi fi would of been nice in the aquaclass rooms.Staff were excellent if you needed anything.

Port Reviews

Isle of Pines (New Caledonia)

Very pretty Island. It has very good snorkelling with beautiful blue water and lovely colourd fish. Has a couple of places to eat for lunch or jut a drink but quite exensive. The sand on the beaches are just like talcum powder.

It is a quick ten minute ride in a tender from the ship.

Noumea

Didnt like this place at all. Mabe if we did a tour, it couldnt been a different storey. Spose you make your own fun. I did talk to a couple that did a tour to Amidee Island in which thy loved.

Lifou

We caught the tender over to this pretty litle island which took less thn ten minutes by our tender. Beautiful beach with the bluet water ive ever seen. we got off at the jetty and walked up the hill where there were stalls, massage, hairbraiding, drinks etc we walked up the hill to the left to visit a church. Great view of the ship so take a nice photo. Then went to Jenek Bay for some snorkelling which was fun. Mind you this is all in walking distance. Need Hat ,camera ,costumes.Take your own snorkell gear...probs not good hiring it and we hired flippers but you really dont need them, so we didnt at our next port.
