This was our 7th cruise with NCL. My husband was in the poker tournament. Embarkation was a breeze. The casinos at CE line was the biggest because of the poker tournament but it moved quickly. The ship is the oldest I believe but it was very clean with good use of space. My husband and I enjoyed listening to karaoke at Henry's pub. My adult children enjoyed champagne Charlie's when they had the singer Barry. He was a bit dirty at Times but the younger and even though older drinking crowd it just loved him.

We ate twice at windows and garden and had nice experiences at both. We enjoyed going to the raffles buffet for breakfast for eggs made to order at the omelette station. We also hit up the buffet for late-night snacks. We had the specialty dining package. We loved the Bistro. The food and service were fantastic. A special shout out to Rhea Who went above and beyond the call of duty to make our dining experience so wonderful and special. We loved her. We also ate at Cagney's twice. The food was great both times. The service was slow on day one. Our second visit we had a fantastic waiter named Higinio. He also went above and beyond to give us a fantastic service. Our last night we ate at the Teppan-Yaki. Our waitress was very good and the chef Emmanuel was fantastic as well. Our only bad dining experience was at the Italian restaurant la Trattoria. Our server, who I will not name on this site, was irritable and the rude. The service was terrible. She seemed like she hated her job. They were definitely understaffed in this restaurant. I would not want to go back to that restaurant again.

The activities on the ship were fun. Something for everyone. Loved the Caribbean band that typically played by the pool The fitness area was small but OK. I don't know why they kept that room so darn hot though. My husband had a below average Swedish massage. He said she spent too much time on his feet. It sounded a little lazy to me. Even though I told my husband that The massage will be billed to with an 18% service gratuity fee- he said his therapist told him that was not the case and told him he should tip her. I thought that was very deceptive of her.
