Departed four hours late, swimming pool closed 5 out of 7 days. Spending card mixup took 3 hours and part of two days to get credited items that someone else purchased with our room key. Exiting and returning to ship at ports took more time than we got to spend in Honduras and Belize. Food was Goodbar of the time, the 18% mandatory gratuity added on was confusing after paying 300$ prepay gratuity. Very poor communication from ship leadership to passengers. Almost none. Never saw the captain on the bridge, checked everyday several times. Only time I did see him was when we were trying to leave Houston and he was yelling and cussing at the crew loading some type of steel construction stuff, making us 4 hours late! They managed to break both bottles of rum from Belize that they confiscate until end of trip. Lots of other crazy bad hospitality issues like it was there first practice cruise. But, half moon bay in Honduras is amazing, eat the fresh lobster and Conch.
