Overall, the experience was very good, the boat was clean, bright, and well maintained. The traffic flow was well managed by the layout, so it never had bottlenecks like some cruise ships forcing diners through the photo studio etc. which was great and one of the reasons we like celebrity ships. The biggest disappointment was in the service, not the quality of the service, but the lack of people providing the service. All service locations were understaffed (Except the coffee bar) and all the staff hustled to provide service, there were not enough personnel to meet the demand.

The Good/great:

1. The HOT GLASS. This is the 2nd Celebrity cruise that had a hot glass studio on the top deck. Great artisans doing the show/showcasing the work they love.

Cabin Review

Concierge Class 2

Cabin C2

Our cabin layout made accessing the far side of the closet difficult, with the couch in the way. There was limited drawer/shelf space. The over bed storage was fine, but difficult to access easily. We are young and flexible, but in 10 years this might be difficult to use. There was plenty of under-bed storage for our empty suitcases.

Our room had a great flat screen TV that only allowed for the Ship's Apple TV, even though it had available HDMI ports. All these ports were defeated so I could not watch any of the content that I brought on my computer. No reason for this that I could see or understand.

Port Reviews

Southampton

easiest embarkation I can remember

Boston

Getting out of the port area via foot/public transportation was a little challenging, but it is a great port of call. Lots of history.

New York (Manhattan)

Docking at the west end of 50th street was great!!! The terminal was dirty/gritty and had very poor signage.
