Very disappointed with the cruise during this holiday station. My husband and I were suggested all inclusive beverage packages, $22 per person with $67 for special package inclusive of alcohol which we agreed on, under premises that this would be for the duration of cruise, there was no mention of these charges to be applied daily until we received a letter in our room with over $400 worth of unexplained charges. When my husband went to speak to Customer desk, he was told, "well, these are daily charges and nothing can be done." These packages are presented under false pretense, luring people into accruing and having to be left paying charges that were not expected. No courtesy or compassion of any kind from staff. We went on multiple Cruises and never experienced such poor service. Once on cruise, we were given our room cards that did not work, causing us to sit for at least an hour, waiting for my husband to come back to say, he was told that something was wrong with magnetic and they are effected if close to cell phones. ... "ridiculous!"
Every dinner, we were assigned a table with a waiter and Assistant waiter and although the waited tried to service us timely, we had to ask 2 to 3 times for orders of beverages that were never delivered.
My husband also had horrible WiFi service although he paid $150 to ensure he can work from cruise to no Avail. Once again, the help desk was not being understanding ....
