I have to say, all the neg reviews on NCL escape are all on-point. The only positives I can think of was the comfortable cabin and great room attendance.

There were so many things that were just shockingly bad that I don't even know where to start.

The mandatory pre-paid tip system: this is the most insidious scheme ever. Under this system, the staff don't get any cash tips, and in return, the guests get bad services. NCL claims this policy is to "ensure fair distribution of tips for excellent service". But the truth is that it's the most unfair to the staff and it doesn't motivate them to do a good job. No wonder most of them seemed unhappy. Some of them were downright rude.
