This was our 17th cruise and 3rd aboard a Princess ship. The Regal Princess is only one year old and she sparkles!! The Atrium/Piazza is the heart of this Princess. Three stories high with swooping staircases and great open spaces – it was light and bright and a pleasure to behold. Happy hour at the Crooners bar (3-4pm – although a bit too early) was enjoyable. Our two favorite free lunches were the sit-down Italian pizza lunch at Alfredo’s and Fish and Chips in the Wheelhouse Bar. We had 5:30 dinner and we rate the food (for the most part) – very, very good.

Our cabin was on the 10th deck – mid ship. Comfortable bed with foam topper; plenty of closet and storage space; lots of hot water and a good shower. Con: the towels are like cardboard! Not in keeping with the rest of the high end furnishings. The balcony is narrow.

One big warning: they keep the air conditioning on high and many people wore long sleeves & sweaters. I had to buy a jacket at the shop to keep warm.
