The food was mediocre, bland and most tasted the same. Some items looked great but tasted horrible. The service in the main dining rooms was horrible, I went through many meals with an empty glass. Our dinner plates were left on our table even after being served desert. Also now there is a charge for room service, this certainly took away significant value from the overall experience. Imagine a ship run by fast food workers and you get a small idea of the level of service.
The entertainment is not up to NCL standards. Some ships have Blue Man Group, Cirque, etc... this one has your wait staff doubling as entertainment, yet the costs are very similar.
The wifi is quite expensive onboard, yet the quality is very low. For the amount charged, I would expect faster internet speeds.
