From the moment we started embarking things we not correct. My husband and I had priority boarding and when we arrived we were sent to three different lanes, before the sent us to the correct person Once we could understand, but three was a little disorganized. Then we we arrived on ship at 11 am we had lunch, which was wonderful, but it was after 4:00 pm before we were able to go to our stateroom. After we able to get into our stateroom we gave our reservations for our dinners to our Butler, that was a problem also. They did not have any reservations for the week. This was strightened out after day. which we felt it could be taken care of sooner. We had to call and asks for our room to be restocked (toilet paper, refridgerator,) when he cleaned the room everyday., our toilet didn't work, ,and then this morning there was hair in my husband's breakfast. When we complained to our Butler he and the Concierge just acted like they did not care. We had spoken with other travelers and they were also having issues. The food was excellent and the Cruise director was great. I am really sad to say, but my husband and I will not Cruise NCL again. When we arrived in Tampa the disembarkment was just as disorganized as the embarkment..
