This is my 4th cruise, all with Carnival. I brought my family for my anniversary and Thanksgiving. We wanted to bring our young kids to Grand Cayman, where we got married on a Carnival Cruise, to show them where we got married. The elevators didn't work and were slow. With a 2 year old, stairs aren't an option. The buffets were only half open at prime times, wtih horrible food. I went several times, just to turn around. When I called room service, which only had a few options, unless you want to pay more, no one ever answered. One regular outlet in the room. there were 3 internet options, $60 for regular interent. I had work to do so I had to pay the $60. It barely worked so i upgraded to the $100 plan. There was no difference, so I just gave up.

There were a few good things - The kids activities, Camp Ocean, and the Comedy Club. Also, for the first time, there was an all you can drink option for $400. That was a great deal.

If this was my first cruise, I would probably not take another cruise. My experience with Carnival has always been great, so this was really upsetting.
