Food... Lido, the food is left out for 4 hours at room temperature, not iced, or kept hot, shrimp cocktail pool side in the heat of the sun not iced, salad bar had slimy lettuce mix and spoiled sliced breast of chicken, hair in the brioche. When we brought it o their attention, first we were brushed off, then a junior officer met with us and explained that they followed U.S. regulations for handling food, which allowed to be left at room temp. for 4 hours.
Stateroom with balcony, heating and air conditioning was not controllable, freezing to sweaty hot, thermostat not reliable.
Room was dirty and in need of refurbishing. It appeared someone with a bad cold and faulty tissue had sprayed most surfaces including the pictures on the wall.
Blanket and throw both were dirty, wool pad over the mattress had dead fly and human hair.
the tap water is not drinkable, we brought along a water filter kid, and travelers should too. (REI)
