My family and I are all Diamond and Emerald members of the Crown and Anchor society. We have been on more Royal Caribbean cruises than we can count, and have also been on Celebrity, Holland America, Azamara, Norwegian and more. Our cruise on the Anthem of the Seas is only halfway done right now and it is by far the worst cruise experience of our lives. Please bear in mind that I am not a complainer and don't think I have ever complained about a cruise before in my life. I always have a great time even when things aren't perfect, but this experience has been uniquely unpleasant.

When we arrived at the port, they would not let people into the terminal and made everybody wait outside. We waited outside for about an hour in the cold and then waited about another hour inside. Their system was down and many passengers had to wait even longer than us.

We made a booking prior to the sailing for the first night to Grande restaurant. When we arrived they overbooked so they put us in a different restaurant.
